This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and shipped, as well as other important details you should know before purchasing.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email after placing your order

  • A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Note: During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Packaging

All orders are packed securely to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.
Each package is handled with care and shipped in neutral packaging with no promotional markings.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Our team will investigate the issue and provide a solution — such as reshipment or store credit if applicable.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order.
Blousti is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
