Returns & Refunds Policy (Blousti.com)

Return window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

1) Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused, with original tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2) How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@blousti.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).

  2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions (RMA + address).

  3. Ship the product back within 5 business days of approval.

Unless the item is defective/incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer. Keep your tracking receipt.

3) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement, reshipment, or refund as applicable).

4) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items once opened (hygiene/beauty)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us first.

5) Exchanges

Fastest option: return the item (after approval), then place a new order for the desired item/size.

6) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
